Wing announces annual award winners for 2019

315th Airlift Wing annual awards selection boards for civilian cat I, civilian cat II, airman, noncommissioned officer, senior NCO, company grade officer, field grade officer and first sergeant for the fourth quarter met this past drill weekend to select it’s winners for 2019.

The winners are:
Civilian Cat I of the Year: Olivia Keys, 315th Operations Support Squadron
Civilian Cat II of the Year: Jennifer Mitchell, 315th Mission Support Group
Airman of the Year: Airman 1st Class Gage Stevens, 701st Airlift Squadron
NCO of the Year: Tech Sgt. Robin McCutcheon, 81st Aerial Port Squadron
SNCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Justin Diggins, 315th Maintenance Squadron
First Sergeant of the Year: Senior Master Sgt. Bernard Graham, 81 APS
Company Grade Officer of the Year: Capt. Christopher Long, 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron
Field Grade Officer of the Year: Maj. Jeffrey Dupuis, 300 AS

"I would like to extend my congratulations to all of the winners above who were chosen for their outstanding achievements in the representation of the 315th Airlift Wing," said Col. Adam Willis, 315 AW commander. "These are very special honors and it gives me great pleasure to recognize their outstanding achievements."

"Units who put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended," Willis added. "I urge commanders to continue to take the time to nominate people for these important morale-building awards."

Plaques will be awarded during the next possible wing awards ceremony. Time off awards for civilian quarterly award winners are limited to 16 hours.
