JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, SC -- Members of the 315th Airlift Wing donated more than 50 boxes of toiletries and comfort items to benefit Lowcountry homeless and hospitalized veterans who receive care at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center downtown last week.

The community outreach gesture was spearheaded by 315th AW Command Chief, Chief Master Sgt. Gigi Manning and wing first sergeants. And the rest of the wing did not let them down. Items that were donated included clothing, blankets and toiletries.
