Six 315 AW Reservist among latest ALS grads

Six 315th Airlift Wing Reservists graduated from Airman Leadership School Class 16-B on at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina Feb. 11.

Reserve graduates were:

Senior Airman Crystal Holiday, 38th Aerial Port Squadron

Senior Airman Ashley Henneman, 315 Logistics Readiness Squadron

Senior Airman Rodney Washington, 315th Aerospace Medicine Squadron

Senior Airman Symona Brown, 315th Maintenance Group

Senior Airman Evette Washington, 315th Maintenance Squadron

Staff Sgt. Aquarius Rowe, 315th Force Support Squadron

 

Col. Jeanine McAnaney, 315th AW vice commander, and Col. Cherie Roff, 315th Mission Support Group commander, joined the Reservists at the graduation ceremony.

“It was good to see all six of our members with their families graduating, and for them to have the opportunity to attend ALS,” said Roff.  “It was great to see Staff Sgt. Rowe as the class leader, she gave an excellent speech.”

The 192-hour ALS course, spread across 24 academic days, is divided into three major curriculum areas that support the course objective and focus on developing leadership abilities, building effective communication and the profession of arms.
