Feb. 8, 2019 Air Base kicks off New Year with renovations The Joint Base Charleston Air Base has already experienced some big changes in 2019. Between Jan. 11 and Feb. 1 of this year, three newly renovated facilities have opened across the installation, providing an increased quality of life to base residents.
