Wing announces 2017 civilian annual, 4rth quarter winners

315th Airlift Wing leadership recently announced its civilian winners for the 2017 Annual Award and 4th quarter award for the civilian category.

The following individuals were selected for the 2017 calendar year award in their respective civilian categories:

  • Cat. 1 Wendi Hyman, 317th Airlift Squadron
  • Cat. 2 Roberta Kithcart, 315th Force Support Squadron

The following individuals were selected for the 2017 4th quarter award in their respective civilian categories:

  • Cat. 1 Olivia Keys, 315th Operation Support Squadron
  • Cat. 2 Cameron Mcmillin, 315th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

"I would like to extend my congratulations to the winners who were chosen to represent the 315th Airlift Wing," said Col. Gregory Gilmour, 315th AW commander. "These are very special honors and it gives me great pleasure to recognize their outstanding achievements."

Plaques will be presented during the next appropriate opportunity. Time off awards for civilian annual award winners are limited to 16 hours. Quarter award winners are limited to an eight hour time off award.

"Units who put forth the effort to nominate their deserving personnel for awards are to be commended," Gilmour added. "I urge commanders to continue to take the time to nominate people for these important morale-building awards."
